I wanted to say that brand awareness is central to the success of any company. We all agree on that. I also wanted to say that I have had tremendous success with building customer loyalty through loyalty videos. I don’t know if you’re familiar with companies like Treepodia, but they are really great at creating engaging videos that are emotive and resonate with clientele. I ran a video marketing campaign on social media for shoes and they were able to successfully dissect my market into specific demographics and it was pretty amazing the results that we achieved. Anyways great blog post and thank you for sharing.

Love that we both took different lessons away from the line. Thanks for sharing! I just commented on your post.

That line is still there!

My focus is a little different. The things we all say we should do & do do are often uncommon. Example: being polite and courteous to those around us. It’s an essential customer service trait, but look at that line! It’s blocking the concourse. Hardly polite or courteous to people walking by.

Here’s my post:

I love that Jeff! And where did we choose to meet when you were in town a few days ago? Starbucks!

On a recent trip, I decided to “go local” when picking up a cup of morning coffee. It was terrible. I’m sure there were other good coffee shops in town, but I went right back to Starbucks the next day for my morning routine.
