My mother is getting older as the days pass and she is not the most technological individual so it seems like she is calling customer service every other day. Cable TV, for example is an amazing product with hundreds of high-def channels that you can watch, record and more. But having an amazing product doesn’t guarantee customer delight. The industry’s reputation for customer service is far short of their amazing product. The best companies in any industry have a great product AND great customer service, and their customers love them for both.

I was just end up with calling my internet providers and here I found this blog on cable service providers.
My internet service providers have customer care service some times they do good time but majority times they fail to attend the call.

Good post Adam !!! I think i must show this post to my Internet service providers , they learn something from this .
Every cable providers must have customer service they should read this .
