Pretty interesting! I loved the stories you shared here. It’s interesting how a simple gesture can make the whole customer experience feel extra. I bet all of these customers come back to their favorite stores and spas, just because they know they’ll be treated extra. Hopefully, these are not specific situations with these specific clients, but that all these services provide the same “wow” moments to all their clients. This was a beautiful read! Thanks!
