Hi Gustavo, I hope your 2018 is of to a great start as well! That is an interesting (and very relevant) question. I’ve seen a stat about how many corporate initiatives fail, but it wasn’t about CX specifically and it has been vigorously challenged by some. I would think, anecdotally, that the number is fairly high that many CX initiatives either just “dissolve” as you say or that it is replaced with the newest pet initiative.
