Like you, I’m like my Apple products, iPhone 5, iPad 1 & 2, and a laptop, but I’m NOT a fanboy. They have plenty of fun stuff to look at in the store, so I’m always able to entertain myself while I wait, but not everyone may be so forgiving. It is something they should look at.

Thanks Brian; I appreciate that! I have had my share of challenging experiences with Apple, but I’ve also had very good ones. I have tended to give Apple a pass on some of my experiences, because I am a business customer and its products and services are still very consumer focused.

I’ve had similar experiences at the Apple stores and have wondered if it was common. Obviously, the sample size is too small to say, but it does seem they struggle sometimes.
