A good point Stephen. In this case, they had plenty of staff but seemed to lack the training to attend to their customers effectively.

Malls will need an efficient amount of employees in order to function well. Computers cannot really be a big help regarding this process, proper employee training and sufficient amounts of attendants is what a descent mall will need.
